Yoni J. Silberman was called to the Ontario Bar in 2009. She received her Bachelor of Arts with distinction from the University of Western Ontario in 2005, and her Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2008.
In April 2009, after completing her articles with the personal injury department of a multi-service Toronto law firm, Yoni joined Bogoroch & Associates LLP where she became a partner in January 2015. She has dedicated her practice to representing seriously injured individuals and their families, specializing in motor vehicle accident cases, accident benefits claims, occupier’s liability cases, long-term disability claims, and other disability and insurance litigation. She has appeared at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, and the Licence Appeal Tribunal.
